The Answers You Need

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards through our processing system during check out. All credit cards must have a matching shipping & billing address before orders can be fully processed and shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our customers come FIRST! We strive to send every order out with care & correctly. We accept returns & exchanges on all orders as long as the items are in their original condition. Our team will determine if items are able to be resold before we continue the return & exchange process. We accept exchanges up to 14 days after receiving items. We only except items in their original, new condition. All returns and exchanges should be mailed back to:

For Returns: Include your order # in the package and write a note stating you would like to return the product for a refund. You are responsible for shipping costs to return itms back to us.

For Exchanges: Include your order # in the package and write a note stating what you would like to exchange your product for, size, & color. Products can be exchanged for equal value. You are responsible for shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY?

We strive to have our customer's orders shipped out in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days! Orders placed during the weekend & holidays will be shipped on the following business day.  We ship through USPS both nationally & international.

International Shipping: Our international customers are responsible for all custom fees since they vary country to country and is out of our company's control.
